I am a Kent based photographer and, together with my wife Karen, we provide a professional service, combining enthusiasm for photography with the ability to produce natural and contemporary images. We feel it is a privilege to play a part in capturing those special moments and creating a lasting memory to be cherished forever.
I grew up surrounded by family members equally passionate about photography and I cannot remember a time when it was not an important part of my life. I bought my first camera at 13 and I've spent the following decades developing my skills both photographically and also in digital image editing. I particularly enjoy landscape and nature photography.
I am a member of Ashford Photographic Society and have had success in local competitions (Ashford & Kent) and acceptances into National exhibitions (British Photographic Exhibitions). I have been awarded the Licentiate of The Royal Photographic Society, a distinction that is recognised as a measure of achievement throughout the world. An article about my panel of photographs, shown below, was subsequently published in The Royal Photographic Society's magazine 'The Journal' which is the world's oldest photography magazine.
My wife Karen joins me at events to assist, taking additional photographs. She was a Registrar in Kent for over ten years and married literally hundreds of couples. We have four grown up children and two granddaughters.
Having decided to take up wedding photography we wanted to provide a service at an affordable price, with no hidden extras - the price always includes a USB or DVD containing your images and we assign you the printing rights so that you can print them as big and as often as you like.
We would love to hear from you and talk about taking beautiful photographs at your wedding or portrait session.
